'Metacarpus' (2011)
In human anatomy, the metacarpus is the intermediate part of the hand skeleton that is located between the phalanges proximally and the carpus, which forms the connection to the forearm.
The juxtaposition of the human body is demonstrated in a three part series. The inside of the body is represented through anatomy and the skeleton while the outside of the body is embodied through the representation of a male and female. Repetition and symmetry have been utilised to present unity and bond throughout the series.
