Expressing Pi - Hanging Pavilion
This design creates a floating structure to provide shade and an area of retreat, that would not typically be considered a pavilion. This design connects to the aspirational concept of the client as the user is inspired to look upward and to discover the geometric patterns within the design. The hanging pavilion concept takes these shapes and suspends them from the nearby trees to create a central shaded area.
