I Heart You, Bitch!
Profanities have somehow found their way into our everyday lives. Thus, “I heart you, bitch” is an exploration of profanities in the form of typography that is intertwined by the elegance and romanticism that lace has to offer.
The concept has led to a research of vulgarities that can be used as endearing words in the right context. Inspiried by techniques such as paper-cut and traditional lace making, this project seeks to create visuals that are contradictory in nature.
Using good typograohy principles and intricate lace patterns, the project aims to generate five croquis that are suitable for an array of tote bags.
