This work is prompted by the Want Want Rice Crackers packaging. It tells a narrative of the Cultural Revolution, in particular, the purge of intellectuals, the worship of Mao, and the mass starvation. This work reflects my own perhaps, primitive or crude understanding of a history which is inadvertently part of my own narrative.
