My current body of work explores the manner in which individuals strive to find purpose through existence. I wanted to capture individuals in moments of contemplation and reflection in a non-specific context in order to visualise human thought. Working in an isolated studio environment, I embrace spontaneity and impulse to allow for a deep immersion into human identity. I don’t seek to provide answers, but rather an observation of individual presence and consciousness through figurative representation.
