By designing a multisensory experience incorporating sound, smell, texture, taste and other aural stimulants for sensorial immersion, participants are tasked with considering what is relevant for their own happiness and changing perceptions to find happiness in everyday life. As individuals, we have differing views on what exactly defines happiness and what we need to ensure we lead satisfied lives. Differing genetic compositions and the interaction of these genetics with our environment can determine an overall sense of satisfaction. Higher income, better health of mind and body, access to water, sunlight and nature all contribute to an individual’s happiness.
