Raising Awareness around a local community issue on the Coast. Scuttling an ex warship just off the coast as a tourist diving attraction could possibly lead to harmful leaching of chemicals or 'PCB's into the ocean which could build up within the marine life and subsequently digested by the local fishermen and their families.
