Star Stuff
Looking up at the night sky reveals to us what we came from, and what we will all one day go back to. There is no comparison to be made that can accurately represent our size in the universe, but while we are just a small part in the cosmos, the universe itself is also in us. The elements that we come from are the elements formed in the cores of high mass stars, stars that exploded an threw their enriched bodies out in spectacular supernovae, creating not only new stars and new planets but also us. We are literally star stuff. It is easy to accept our small size, but it is the truth to acknowledge our most excellent existence. You can either fear the universe or embrace it.
