Bowerman Supply Co. is a project of cultural revitalisation, stimulating change and reviving Australian culture by re-connecting the community to our rich cultural heritage. The project is the creation of a men’s clothing brand that challenges the “Americanisation” of Australian culture. I have created classic, functional Australian menswear, where the focus lies within the symbolism and history projected through the pattern design of each garment. The project also consists of a strong brand identity and subsequent packaging design that helps to create an experience for the user, drawing a connection between the history of Australia and the men of today.
