Mechanisation was an interactive installation. The work was set up in a dark and empty room with only five small circles of light spread out across the floor. When the audience walked through the patches of light they would trigger the projected face to display a different emotion. Each circle of light was connected to a different emotion and the audience was then encouraged to interact with the piece and try to connect with the clinical robotic face.
