These two images originate from two separate bodies of work and yet, are inextricably linked, both aesthetically and in terms of their storyline. ‘Grace’, at 90 years young, revisits her youth in her ocean playground. A headland away, a juvenile whale, in another ocean pool, is forever denied its life’s journey.
