The COFA Annual 2013

As a visual artist I am often intrigued by the power of residual memories and how the trace of the maker is evident within the work.
I generally work with fugitive materials such as latex and handmade paper; they seem to suit my needs with their ephemeral, persuasive and manipulative qualities. It’s through continual and repetitive exploration I am looking to expand my current body of work concerning the residual and the archival.
It’s through the making process I can but hope for serendipity.
