The COFA Annual 2013

Hannah Carroll Harris is a Sydney based artist who utilises non-traditional textiles techniques in her immersive sculpture and installation works. Taking inspiration from contemporary eco-artists, she creates her own unique methodologies that combine textiles and recycled materials with natural processes. Crystalline structures, wax landscapes and living, growing artworks transform the gallery space in order to reassess the changing perceptions of our environment in this new age of ecological despair and rethink how we approach these issues.
