Integrated Project: Panels of Comfort as neckpiece
In providing a creative interpretation to this solution, I created a neckpiece to demonstrate the function of one of the panels. As the user places the neckpiece through their head and rests it on their neckpiece, a sensor in the neckpiece triggers the LEDs and electroluminescent wire to create positive mood lighting and patterns. The neckpiece is thus shaped by the structure of the surrounding tunnel sandstone to mimic the tunnel walls.
