No Man is an island
No Man is an island relates to memories and physiological sentiments of the island representation as a place of isolation ‘living in a bubble’. Whilst the cocoon is an isolated, yet safe environment a rebirth is occurring. Layers of protection provide a safe haven during the challenges that lay ahead. The play of shadow is a representation of the lone cast shadow of isolation leading the viewer to interpret the hidden visual cues.
